[ Rainmaking Nigeria 2021 - Future of Sustainable Real Estate in Nigeria ]

Bordering Niger, Chad and Cameroon, Nigeria stands as the most populous country in Africa (200 million), with Lagos City, the largest metropolitan areas in the world and the largest city in the continent. Nigeria is currently the largest sub-Saharan economy projected with GDP 1,048 billion USD by 2030, surpassing Vietnam (20th) and Philippines (19th) to be the 14th largest economy by 2050 (IMF and PwC).

"Rainmaking Nigeria 2021" explored one of the most debated and explored topics in the rising star in Africa, future of sustainable and inclusive real estates. Together with the key stakeholders, entrepreneurs and policymakers in urban planning and land development would be sharing the key insights for facing challenges and hidden opportunities.
