May be one of UCLAs worse season. Maybe this is the reason Chip left, he saw what he had in the cupboard and bolted.
My question to you all is how will next season be any different without MAJOR personnel changes in the O-line and D- line??! We have had top QBs in the past (ie Rosen) who we couldn’t protect and were injured and couldn’t play to their potential.
The portal may play a HUGE part in these areas if we want a program over .500.
We just don’t have the players for this offense or for this defense. Almost no pressure on the opposing QB which asks too much of our secondary to stay with receivers.
Quite honestly may only hope for this matchup is that we don’t lose players to injury on either side of the ball putting us further behind the 8 ball for future games.
