A very enjoyable and rather timely/topical book coming out as it did in the midst of a pandemic. I rather enjoyed and applaud the evident research that went into the vast majority of the story -- except for one small quibble; both Mr. Bohjalian and other mystery writers fall down on some of their pistol research. Specifically, Glock handguns do not have safeties! Too often, in a moment of suspense, a character will "draw his Glock ...and release the safety...." Again, a very tiny issue, one of my particular bugbears that stands out all the more glaringly amidst all of the other highly detailed accuracy throughout the book.
