The BRICS Leaders’ Summit is set to be held from 22 August to 24 August, with leaders from Brazil, South Africa, India and China expected to meet in Johannesburg. Mint looks at what is the agenda.

– Leaders of the BRICS nations, minus Russian president Vladimir Putin, will meet in later this month in South Africa for the 15th Summit. A source speaking to TASS, the Russian government news agency, said that invitations have also been sent to African heads of state and countries who have applied for BRICS membership.

Listening to the BRICS summit is totally disappointing cos the entire summit is more of talk and no positive action. BRICS countries seems to be slowing down its advancement and still bow to the west especially host- Africa and India. How many times Africa turned back on their words to invite Putin and by not doing so is against the basic principles of BRICS. SA have been throughly convinced by facts that ICC is nothing more than a nuisance as it cannot exercise the same law it uses on Russia onto US presidents for war crimes mainly in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya. However China and Russia are the only ones who dares to take bold positive steps to advance and expand BRICS cos they know that only by expansion BRICS can become dominant and overshadow Nato and US. Every country, organisation and corporate knows too well that globalisation is the root to success. That is why the US and Nato are expanding, building allies and members. US have over 850 military bases globally and Nato Plus will work on non Atlantic countries but BRICS is still thinking and fighting amongst themselves if the Yuan can be used as its currency and if expansion is good, etc.. WAKE UP BRICS! IF YOU MOVE AT THIS PACE EVEN THE NEXT CENTURY WILL NOT BE ENOUGH FOR YOU TO SUCCEED! Hope to see your success soon!

India seems to be a contradicting as G20 is US dominated organisation and more likely this instruction came from biden when he was in US. How can you attend a BRICS Summit and ‘poach’ its members to join G20. Next he will ask to join Nato. He must be out of his mind to insult BRICS and use G20 to overshadow Africa which is contradicting what BRICS is trying to achieve. Get this man out!
