junkman I cannot figure out why you don't have a million subscribers. I think you're one of the best YouTubers in the business. I just love it when you went out and found your old Star wars figures you buried. I wish I could go back to the house I lived in when I was six years old and buried a bunch of underneath the old water spicket.

The Chuck e Cheese in our area had all newset games. Thats where I first played Dragons lair. In the early 80s it was a full arcade

It's a Red Letter day whenever Showbiz Pizza is mentioned.

I miss the showbiz in Cookeville, TN back in the 80s. Mine turned into an Italian restaurant, then McAllisters, now Baskin Robbins. I'd take showbiz back anyday!

We only had Showbiz Pizza in Colorado in the '80s. I was in grade school when we went. Didn't hear about Chuck E. Cheese until the '90s when it started taking over Showbiz Pizza locations. The one we went to in Aurora, CO was the site of a mass murder in '93.

I remember Duck Hunt and Pole Position were big. My favorites were Tempest and Zaxxon. I played skeeball and wack-a-mole in order to get tickets for the little toys they had in the shop. I never had enough at any one time to get the stuffed characters so rather than saving them I "bought" whatever other toys or candy looked cool at the moment.

I remember we would put our .25 on or in the bottom of the header at the top of the video game to let everyone know we were next in line. Looking back, that was so stupid, as the only way anyone else knew what order you were in line was to tell them what quarter represented your position . . . as you stood in line.

I think I liked the Pizza but I honestly don't remember.

Hi, I’m the one who made it Antioch spiders. Those are all handmade by me by hand. It was not manufactured. I made them for Aaron to sell for a special. I also made a couple dolls and things like that Earl puppets. All handmade by me. It took hours and hours of hard work. But it was fun. I got to meet Aaron and had a good time.❤

Dragons layer & space ace. Chuck E. Cheese is 100% better than our local show biz.

Showbiz > Chuck E. Cheese. Even though Chuck E. Cheese gave away a GI Joe figure in the late 80's.

I’m a huge fan of Showbiz and I thought I would let you know a few things about the items you featured. The Mitzi, Antioch, Rolfe and Earl, and the second Duke you showed are newer plushies that were released about 2 years ago. There are also a lot more vintage toys of the Rock Afire band. There were larger versions of Billy Bob, Mitzi, and Beach Bear. There was also a vintage Mitzi that was along the lines of the other vintage plushies you showed. The larger plushies are very rare and go for around 1000 bucks, so I’m not surprised you didn’t know about them. I am very proud to own them. There was also a few smaller pvc figures and trinkets such as keychains, wallets, records, etc.

The ol' plastic faced dolls were the ones you could get at Showbiz Pizza back in the day, I'm currently collecting those and have Billy Bob, Mitzi, and Fatz so far, and soon am getting a fully intact Dook. Dook Larue is my favorite of the bunch. The more plushy looking ones are more recent officially licensed plush dolls Creative Engineering paid Budsies to produce. On the other hand, the doll of Antioch which is Fatz's pet spider is a fan made doll.

6:30 - in most Showbiz Pizza Places, he was behind the left side curtain. He wasn't used as often as Billy Bob was on the right side curtain.

Yep remember getting to go there a very few times in the early 80's as a kid. It was video game heaven!
