the rhino being in a suit is kind of like the "ultimate" version which they've used before for ideas so no biggie there...  and I mean.. look what they did to the mandarin in Iron man3....I loved what they did with him in that film.  Kind of killed any chance of him ever being a main villain in future films but was a great twist for that film.
