Walkthrough of the CMP North Store on May 18, 2017.

They have recovered some of those from the Philippines. We used it as a drill rifles back in our ROTC Days. Such a great rifle.

what ever happened to the M-1s manufactured by Smith-Corona? I was issued one of those in 1956 and qualified EXPERT with it first time on the range. Also was issued an M1 Sniper model in 1958, but Supply Sgt says DONOT fire blanks in it - it had a close-tolerance barrel.

Hopefully Pres. Trump can get those thousands of Garands from Korea. If so, hopefully that will bring the price down to being affordable.

I tried to get started, to join the CMP, but there is no application. I have everything to join, birth certificate, DD-214. But can't find any application to fill out. Something is not right.

Our taxes paid for the manufacture. Now we buy them again? Kinda like not being mad when they tell us when we can get our retirement investment back and how much ? We sheep. Glad someone is making money from it.

I've been to this cmp back in 2016 and they said that I came at a good time because Obama was stopping the Philippines shipment and that there going to be running low on there m1 selection and I see here in the video they are very low except for the snipers that are over priced hopefully Trump gets our guns back ( I bought the cmp special service grade for $1030 and let me tell you it's worth it accurate as hell

I don't care if it history or not I am not going to buy a used surplus gun for 2 to 3, 000.00. When I can get a brand new rifle that holds more rounds that has the same action for less.
