Topeak MTX Trunk 'Rattle' Bag

My resolution to the annoying Topeak MTX QuickTrack Trunkbag "rattle".

This isn't a simple fix and it would rank a little high for difficulty. It's also not a crazy expensive fix either, it just requires a little skill.
