Icky Vicky was so iconic for the franchise they should’ve used that music to torment her more. Or even better make Vicky really icky so to give literal meaning to the song’s metaphor.

It's nice to know that Vicky is STILL resentful of the singer. I bring this up because the last time that he was ever mentioned in the original was that one episode from season 7 where Vicky begins acting nicer towards Timmy after saving her life but refuses to leave him alone, it’s apparently revealed that she is still a huge fan of the singer - Despite the song about his hatred for her, the fact that she no longer likes him after realizing he is not all that rich, and ultimately getting humiliated on national tv through the song.
