I was having the same issue a few months ago and I bought one of those lap top desks that is all foam and it's been a game changer! My arms used to hurt when I first started using mine as well but my arms and neck have felt so much better since using my foam lap top desk. I crochet about 8-10 hours a day and these pillow things are a huge help! I highly recommend some sort of support if you crochet for long periods of time OR play video games. ❤
