The Key To Living A Simple Life. There's been a lot of talk about simple living lately. But often it is talked about only in terms of external things. Things like off-grid living or early retirement. This makes it seem like simple living is a destination to be arrived at. Something that's difficult to achieve and that we will only be able to get in the future, if at all.

I don't think that this is true. While these external representations can certainly be worthwhile goals, I don't believe that they are a prerequisite for a simple life. And I believe that we shouldn't let these preconceived notions of what a simple life should look like keep us from finding simplicity in our lives in the here and now.
