The microgreens are packed skinny in one layer cause they come with roots intact. Layers would make them rot before getting to you (my husband works as a produce manager and has talked to the microgreens guys 😂) those specific microgreens are hydroponic too. No soil!

If you love micro greens or sprouts I HIGHLY recommend growing your own. It can be so easy and so cost effective. I grow sprouts in jars weekly and i love it!
