How does that work in mono if you know ? Does it pick only the signal from PIN2 on the XLR and send it to both ears ? Does the connection become unbalanced in that case or you still have the advantage of the balanced run of cable ?

Hello guys, do you know if this also works without a batteries? Like if there will be headphone amplifier in the rack connected with P2 without a batteries and P2 will serve only as a volume control?

if i connect it from the output to the input do i only hear the channel i’m connected to or do i hear the whole mix

Just got one of theses Behringer P2 and got burned. Such a disappointment. Everything on my unit was wrong which includes the stereo switch is touching or wired backwards and don’t work, right /left balances are not balanced right, 5% interferences and added fuzz sound very noticeable and unwanted. Was better having my headphones directly plugged right into the 14” headphone jack on the mixer. Also further researching looks like more than 50% of Behringer has bad quality control.

it's unbalanced stereo, don't plug it into a balanced mono AUX out that's what you got on your mixer, for one you get a thin sound, you need to connect it to an unbalanced Aux out if you use it in stereo mode
