SSS Expert Interview: Luc Riesbeck

Luc Riesbeck is a Space Policy and Research Analyst at Astroscale, a company that specializes in on-orbit debris-removal services in lower earth orbit. Alyssa and Luc discuss a range of topics in this episode including the role of emerging space nations in the current space policy landscape, the impact of light pollution from proliferated low earth orbit constellations, how policy folks can best write about technical and scientific issues, and more.
