"The helpful place" 🤣🤣🤣 They say 15 minutes to have an online order ready. 🤣🤣🤣 They can't even handle a phone call in 15 minutes. We called to purchase a wheelbarrow. The first person who answered didn't even know what that was so she put me on hold. The second person wasn't in that department, so she put me on hold. The third person fumbled around for several minutes trying to find out if they had what I was calling about so I asked for the manager. After a long wait he picked up with a really shitty attitude. Needless to say we did NOT buy here and would NOT shop here. These people have NO CLUE how to provide customer service. Afterwards I emails the CEO; NO RESPONSE. btw this was not our first horrible experience at this chain of stores.
