This Author Just Won the Nobel Prize

Han Kang just won the Nobel Prize in Literature (2024)! She is from South Korea and won for her "intense poetic prose that confronts historical traumas and exposes the fragility of human life." She is only the second person from Korea to win and the first Asian Female author to win.

I’m so stoked for her next book and I’m really hoping winning the Nobel will lead to the rest of her work being translated into English and loads of other languages
