I used to work for a machine shop where we did refurbishment of food processing machines, and Nestle was one of our customers and we all knew how cheap Nestle likes to run their company. Their machinery was always in really poor shape and required much more work than other companies because they liked to cut corners on the plant floor. Like not having a de-stoning machine in their chocolate line, which means they just send small rocks through their chocolate mills which beat up the machines and also means more stone dust in their chocolate.

It certainly isn't Ethiopia's goverment fault, OR the european company that was nationalized and bought. Nestle is certainly the _only one to blame for not gifting six million to a corrupt goverment_

Even if Nestle had forgiven the debt, the Ethiopian government would not have given the money or help to its poor citizens.

This is nothing. Actually nestle owned them money and not letting it go is nestle decision. The deeds of nestle are horrendous but this not one of them. Putting high sugar in baby food to make em addictes and to leave mother's milk and not mentioning it on pack the sugar content was awfull. Paying governments to loot the citizens and give nestle ponds and lands and lakes is awefull

I don’t there’s a single good company in the world off the top of my head. If there’s billions of dollars and thousands of employees involved, there’s no way in hell a company can be good. Too many variables and too much incentive to screw people over to get rich/richer.

Yes and I watched another video to where the people didn't have clean drinking water and Nestle was right there and could have provided those people with clean water but didn't. That's why I no longer purchase their products

No such thing as free lunch, or free factory.

Also, giving money to corrupt politicians is literally the worst thing you can do for democracy/socio-economic development of that country. Trust me, I lived through it.

And revolution doesn't come with anger alone. Socioeconomic dissatisfaction (mandate of heaven) is a huge call to arms where everyone will see the anger/normalization of criticism or even revolts)
