Hey I want also to state important thing - You have Default Solution in each environment with all the tables, so you can go there directly - but if the environment is big with a lot of makers I not encourage you to make changes from default solution lvl. Just add table to your solution - you should have the solution with your app for many reasons :)

Is it possible to export a list of all dependencies from a flow, or view them directly in Dataverse? If so, could you provide guidance on how to accomplish this?

When they get rid of the Legacy CRM, removing components that you can't find will be next to impossible.
microsoft needs to be very careful about removing this support until the power platform stops sucking.
