This might be a stupid question, I'm no plumber but how do you get the magnaclean out, it looks like it's rammed up against the worktop.

I would say Intergas which was designed for social housing in the Netherlands.
No diverter valve, a 2 in 1 heat exchanger giving 12 parts of which only 4 move.
Dead simple and easy to work on.
I have an Intergas RF 36 ECO in my house for 3 years with no problems.

Have a baxi 600 at home and fit either baxis or the main Variants. Great boilers. No issues as of yet

Ideal Atlantic to me. It is average size, easy to install, comes with display screen and five year warranty. It is very good for tenant as they can top up pressure with external filling loop without tenant mistakenly turning wrong valve under the boiler. The same price range with Baxi
