i was seeing the numbers 44, 4, 40.. everywhere for the last week and my lower back pain also started at the time around i started to saw those numbers. and the last two days the pain has increased so i started to worry about whether if i hurt my back at yoga or sth, i'm also feeling tired and sad so i was thinking about taking a break today and suddenly this video came across. i'm literally shocked!! thank you.
