he jumps on you, stuns you and do 3 fast AA in a row. a additional normal AA and a impowered Q should be oneshot every squishy enemy just with the BORK.

Also I agree Tiamat isn’t always the best rush but it’s not just a wave clear pick though that is by far the reason you buy it. It also helps team fights as your massive stun combo does AOE bonus damage to nearby enemies. It can get pretty strong and cuts some champs down to half HP if too close.

You don't buy tiamat for waveclear, you buy it for some extra AD before BC and the animation cancel. Plus there is never enough waveclear, now you can waveclear without using e.
