Great job. I did 2 minutes today here in Mi at 32 degrees and it was great but the next 15 minutes after I got out was a bit scary. Dizzy and slurred speech. I’ll stick to 39 for 3 minutes. Need more adaptation. But I absolutely love a plunge. Been following you since day one. 👍
