I agree with you 100%, I bought one of my grandmother's old rentals, gutted it out, and restored it while living in it most of the time. I've seen people buy 5th wheel campers and store them in the driveway, and I think that's pretty genius to keep their quality of life while working. (As black people, we need to fight financial institutions, they collectively pigeon holding us)
