Biden Responds To Putin's Assertion West Started Ukraine War: 'Tragedy'

In a speech marking the one-year anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, President Joe Biden responded to President Vladimir Putin's allegation Tuesday that the U.S. started the war. "The West not plotting to attack Russia, as Putin said today," Biden said in Warsaw. "This war was never a necessity, it's a tragedy."
