My i7 6700 will be my main cpu for many years. No reason to upgrade.

Great video! I'd say that apart from the i7 4770k, if you have any of these CPUs you don't need to upgrade right now, while the i7 4770k is more than good enough.

The bottleneck for Assassin's Creed Valhalla was the 3090. And from the 7700k performing the best just shows how poorly optimized it is. Other games seem dependent on frequency but are able to take advantage with >4 cores at a certain level. Call of Duty is another odd duck where the 1700X beats the 7700k. It might have been interesting if you had DLSS and maybe SAM/Resizable BAR turned on. An interesting set of CPU benchmarks.

I am certainly pushing the limit with 3070 ti. On 7700k system. Its not great with productivity. Yeah.

6900XT is the GPU to bench CPUS. NVIDIA is slow at lower res, more driver overhead.

At 3:20 why are 5950x and 5600x and even the 3700x the same? There are some few differences but overall the same? Isnt the 5950x better and faster than the 5600x? This cant be a gpu bottleneck because the 11900k gets more FPS. Or is this a probleme with the game and how its optimized with amd cpus?
