I remember when I first got my salary job lol so like 4 years ago when I was 23-24 I bought a mustang gt oooh sexy but poor wallet. I got a chance to sell it and got a Honda Civic. best decision ever and going to hold on to it as long as possible. just invest in the mind

Great episode. I am based in the UK and recently disovered your channel. Some good feedback for you is that even though you often discuss some US specific tax planning etc; the basic concepts are weighted perfectly so that it is still very informative for International viewers. Many thanks and I’ll keep watching

This is good advice. I worked for a rich man years ago at a Court Reporting firm & he told me if I want to be successful in life, I will want to read. Read everything he said even the Sports section in the paper.

I work in the financial services field and it's tough not to seem tone deaf with financial advice right now with everything going on, but you guys did a great job.

I maintain that the average millionaire doesn't play video games because the average millionaire is in their early 60s, not because it's detrimental. I will die on this hill.

What millionaires are included in the data about reading and exercising? How many millionaires are professional athletes, actors, or other people who have to look a certain way for their profession raising the average time spent exercising per week?

I like John Maxwell and isn't it John Max well who tells you Put that if you have a skill level that say A7A7 and you want to make a lot more money and become a lot more valuable you you come up to an 8 or a 9 but let's say you're a few pay play piano and you're only a 3 at playing piano you can put a lot of effort and maybe become a 5 at playing piano but that will not make you more valuable to anybody nor will it really do anything to improve the quality of your life apart from making your spouse less pest off. What do you guys think of that strategy? There is part of me that agrees with that strategy but yet you're saying buffet was sort of the opposite. I don't really wanna spend my valuable time going from a 3 to a 5 but I'll spend time going from a 6 or a 7 up to an 8 or a 9 that makes me exponentially more valuable makes my skill set more valuable and would hence give me more opportunity and make more money
