Would love to hear Joy talk on what to expect with Saurav as BCCI chief :)
I'm sure he'd love to talk about it as well

It is utterly ridiculous that the match is still being played despite an emergency situation being declared.
The pollution level in Delhi is far over the limit the World Health Organisation put in place.
Players safety comes first.
There are plenty of other grounds in India that can host matches.
They might have to shift the date of the match but that will just have to be done.
If the BCCI doesnt take action than the ICC should step in.
Like Joy said this is a very solvable problem.
