I've been alone since 2021 and cut off 99% of my friends, changed my number and moved to a different state. And can I tell you, I've never been in more peace than ever in my life. Why? I don't know you but I guarantee you this about all your emotional pains are all due some other human beings whether who is in your life such as your friend, family, coworkers, government or a total stranger. So cut off the ones who are giving you grief or if you can't cut them off such as government or family then do something to fix it! Once you fix it, avoid the root cause of the problem. I was continually judged and criticised. I always tried to be who they wanted me to be then realised I AM ENOUGH.
