Mr Abhishek should understand that he may be a top lawyer but that doesn't mean that people at large are fools. He should understand that he and the people at large are just products of circumstances.

We know that
1) Mr Kejriwal was skipping summons after summons. Is that "availability" for investigations?
2) When it comes to arrest and denial of bail, just the statements of witnesses are not relied upon especially for too big for their shoes people like Mr Kejriwal. Other evidences are always considered and they must be strong to arrest and deny bail.

Abhishek ji u r one of senior most learned lawyers of this country and giving such fullish excuses. By heart even u know that kejri cannot get bail as so many excuses said that whatever happened was at his home and he knows everything. It's difficult to prove cash money trail so soon, but as and when he spends say around 9/10 months in jail maybe he doesn't but then his fellow minister will say he is guilty. The party has already started dismantled. Slowly slowly facts will come out.
