To anyone who finds this: if you are entirely different struggle), and you find yourself alone, feeling like there’s no one to talk to, I beg you to have the courage to reach out to someone you trust. Whether it’s a family member, friend, teacher, anyone that you wouldn’t hate to talk to. There are also several things you need to know. I don’t care if you don’t believe my words, I only ask that you understand them. Have faith that it can and will get better…keep fighting and know that you do matter. You are noticed. Your struggles are valid and okay to have. Just please don’t go about it alone. Because you were never alone to begin with. (You are not alone in your struggles, and I hope there are people in your life who are more than willing to help). Getting support from others is something that everyone needs every once in a while. And there is at least one person in this world that cares deeply about you(even if that one person is me, a total stranger on the internet). Hang in there, don’t give up just yet.

Instant tears when I heard that lyric. When I was struggling with anxiety/depression, my French teacher was there. She made my life seem not-so terrible for the 45 minutes I was in her class. She allowed me to forget about the hard things, and to just have fun. She was one of the few who understood what I was going through. I was strong because of her. People think I'm overreacting when I say she saved my life; but to be honest, I don't know where I'd be, if anywhere, without her.
