You NAILED it! Not only are you making great use of the space, but you're also living sustainably. A space like that means you don't accumulate material things that you don't need. You're not heating/cooling space that's not being used. A++ You set a great example for how we all should be living.

I love the way you've taken advantage of every square inch of the place to get the most out of its functionality without sacrificing aesthetic value. It's the magic of minimalism. The apartment looks very comfortable in general, and that, in my case, is one of the most important factors. We recently traded in our old sofa for an LC3 Sofa from Manhattan Home Design as we felt it saved us a lot more space and it still looks amazing. We want to add some small indoor plants as well. The 9 foot ceilings make the space seem bigger. Lots of light and great use of space plus a fantastic view. Balcony is a must when living in a condo with a dog! Great job. Cheers ✌❤

Your place is awesome. That couch is amazing. Never saw anything like that. Never saw rugs that were two layers;peel and wash. Love it. I have a bunch of smart lights as well and they are one of my favorite things. Congratulations on your new home guys!
