A good tip for this is Place the stuff really fast in this way - rail, tnt minecart, block in front of the minecart and low charge bow shot over the block. This will prevent you from taking any damage

this isint a trick shot this is actual a basis for cart pvp and is called a insta cart its kinda like the hit crystal for cart pvp and there is a tierlist for cart pvpers and even practice and survival server built around it on minehut

Im just saying as a good cart pvper its better to place rail and cart before shooting for accuracy and also stand up one block high kinda the opposite of crystals where the high round is good.
