My favorites are the evil combination of Stake, Shock Emitter, and Hydrant. Put them together right and you have a horrific little stick of death. Does it take a while? Yeah. Is it funny? Oh hell yes.

As it turns out, the hydrant spraying on the shock emitter makes it act like it's raining. This can also be used to torture Hinoxes with at least one metal greave to death, and if you get the distance right, you don't need anything more than that.

Until I found that out, hydrant _was_ one of my less used devices.
