My Honda XR600R....

Its been awhile since I actually posted a VLOG, but here we go :) Just an intro of my recently acquired 1994 Honda XR600R Enduro. Great fun bike for the back trails and street legal too!

XR's are awesome, they are the most reliable bikes ever made.

the crf450's are just amazing bikes but the maintenance is just crazy. the xr series on the other hand has roots in a scooter from the early 1960's its had slow and steady improvements since then. but they are more dependable than a wood burning stove. any of hondas air cooled atv/atc/ motorcycle engines are just like that.

OH GAWD! Electric start is a GOD SEND!!!! LOL Tipping over these bikes and kick starting them is hell on earth!

Definitely, Any of Honda's older dirt bikes before water cooled, are solid bikes

It looks like a nice bike. I think you found out how fun it is to do the dirt. It can be a work out as well. Do you have any idea how heavy the bike is?

The very reason why I got it. I've talked to many guys that have had both, XR600s and the transition to liquid cooled XR650's and of course....the crf450's. All of them said the same thing, the newer bikes are a definitely HUGE improvement in performance BUT, nothing beat's the older air cooled XR600's in reliability and cost.

Whats sad is I've been riding past these trails for two years and didn't know they existed until I got a dual doors that a brand new type of wheels opens :)

Nice looking bike, mate! Glad I have my electric start Yamaha TTR250, though. After falling off and stalling numerous times, kicking gets old fast. :-)

I understand, but I've been old school and love things that are simple when it comes to motorcycles. XR's maybe slow, but for a dual sport bike, they work out great. :) Very reliable too.

If you love mountain biking, you will love dirt biking riding no doubt! :) MX and trail riding are totally two different things....I prefer trail riding because you get the beautiful scenery with it....
