Just a note, it doesn't time out if you are too slow. It times out if you move the mouse.
Also there is a tail rotor bind instead of rudder. I dont' recall the exact name as I'm traveling right now, but there is a proper one.

I currently own a Schweizer 300c that is currently about to be sold. The cost of ownership for just a flight a couple times a month was not justified. I am also a retired airline captain who has spent many hours in simulators. I am thoroughly impressed with what you have built, just incredible! It mirrors the quality of the CAE airliner sims. Forgive me, I have yet to watch all of your videos that may answer the questions I'm about to ask. The two questions I have as I contemplate building one of your creations are, how many axis does your sim have, and lastly, do you have rough estimate of the total cost, minus your time?

It took me like 3 or 4 days to dial in my controllers for the minimums for the bell 407, cabri g2 and the crap H125 with the non functional trims.

Thanks for this, the control set up made absolutely no logical sense to me doesn't seem very intuitive at all, I've managed to set up my hotas thrustmaster enough to be able to fly but the helicopter always flips up like its going to do a backflip whenever I slow down or try to bring it into a hover, is that normal behaviour for heli? or is there someway to bleed off the excess power so it just comes to a hover. not sure which control element I need to trim the forward and backward pitch.

Have you figured out why in 2024 this small helicopter pulls to the right all the time in cruise flight? I have to have full-left on stick to have it go straight, that doesn't make any sense and in MSFS-2020 that was not the case! Only in 2024.

Can you elaborate on how to use the trim in a helicopter such as forc trim reset I can’t get that working… I can’t make the helicopter maintain any type of attitude

Great video thanks. I was having trouble with the H125 also, but my main controls worked but the trims and throttle and mixtures did not work, and ive been using the apply to all default when i set things up :( I finally gave up. Thanks the throttle button vs axis will help me!

Two things, there is a setting for anti torque axis, I use this instead of rudder, it works, so I don't know the difference between rudder and anti torque in FS24.... And any idea how to make the r44 work, my collective overrides a throttle and vice versa.
