From that first taste of Korean food, I knew I’d be coming back for more. Over the years I’ve traveled coast to coast in South Korea tasting everything I found appetizing and even some things I didn’t. From spicy street food to succulent seafood we search far and wide for the best Korean eats. But the thing about Korea is it doesn’t matter how many times you visit or how much you taste. You’ll always discover something new and delicious and in this documentary I hope you’ll discover a reason to visit South Korea. We kick our journey off in the back alleys of Jeonju a UNESCO city of gastronomy where we’re on the hunt to taste the best bulgogi in town.

Did you not have the crab rice at the end? They make it with the innards - it is the grand finale.

Hi Luke, I also love the food in South Korea. I have been there only once for 4 weeks, but have also enjoyed wonderful Korean food in Shin-Okubo in Tokyo. And will do again next March, when I will be the next time in Japan.

I appreciate those kind of videos, as its like a "best off". But if - like me - you have watched all the original videos, there is really no need at all to see this videos again in a "best off compilation". So I will just stop watching it at 7 minutes or so.

Just an fyi Koreans do not use miso in their soups. Miso is Japanese. Koreans use doenjang. Many Asian cultures (Thai, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc...) have their own fermented bean paste. I like how you have adapted to Korean eating styles by eating the lettuce wrap and mixing soup with rice. You have mentioned a few times about the noodles being too long. You can cut them. Many Korean restaurants have scissors at the table or you can ask for a pair.

New viewer here. May I ask is your partner from Thailand? I know Thai people love Korean food and vice versa - both cuisines have strong spicy flavours.

Are the hand cut noodles made of bread flour or just all purpose flour? Does anyone know?

I understand turning tables is important for business. You can't force feed people 4 dishes and tell them to leave without enjoying it because you need more money. The problem is now that you have only 3 seats at your station. Let people enjoy the food and get more seats.

Your tone and some of the things you say sound like M Weins

If only there was a way to better open up crab and not waste meat... Oh yes there is: Southern United States has a way.

Youtubers have to be the most annoying thing to these small shops. If she doesn’t want you to film, put that shit away!

It's not bulgogi but jaeyuk right? It doesn't look anything like bulgogi which is beef. That looks like spicy pork. This is so inaccurate and dumb.
