What empirical evidence is there to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the constitution and IRS tax laws apply and that they have any jurisdiction over Trump, me, or anyone for that matter, therefore making us "tax payers" with "taxable income"?

Since taxes support homeless shelters, soup kitchens and mental health facilities, the homeless and mentally disturbed need to take a trip to the nearest Trump Towers, and demand a bed, food and medical assistance. Since him skipping out on his taxes, this group has been denied much needed help. A charter bus at full capacity, from each state should send a strong message to how smart Trump is for not paying taxes.
