Reverb As An Insert or AUX Track?

Insert or aux track for reverb? It's a tech question, but flexibility is key. I opt for simplicity with inserts, but for more control over EQ, delay, compression, or distortion, it's aux tracks all the way!

For Sound Design Sure you can use IT as an Insert But i Like IT more as a send Effekt

That's why Bitwig rules! You can do this all parallel processing on a single track.

I guess if you want to use the same reverb on many tracks i.e vocals, backing vocals and ad libs, which could be like 6-7 tracks, then putting it on an aux/bus will save processing power, as you’re only really using one reverb.

You use both in different situations. It's not an either or.

if you have the reverb as an seperate bus/send - u can edit just the wet reverb - if u use it as an insert u edit after it the full signal… so it makes a (big) difference
