UNDP's New Strategic Plan - Japan

"Change is always necessary for every aspect of the United Nations system or national government system," said the Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative of Japan to the United Nations, Yasuhusa Kawamura, during a special Executive Board meeting that endorsed the agency's new Strategic Plan.
