Fun fact: Seals do this as a form of intimidation towards things they perceive as threats. He’s trying to scare off the camera crew so that they don’t touch his plushie.

What's really amazing to me is just how regularly the seal is able to do that and not get the slightest bit off - you could play music to that beat!
