Great design! I like that with this mechanism the router doesn't get tilted to one side. For the collet lock you could attach a steel wire so that you don't have to reach under the table.

Nice, one recommendation would be to build a fence for the router table that attaches to the table saw fence thus protecting the table saw fence from contacting the router bit you can add a dust collection port to that and it can be removed for table saw activities. But well done Sir I enjoyed!!
