Zakynthos From The Air | Cinematic travel film

The first in my series of short cinematic travel films 'From The Air', this episode depicts some of the summer sights of Zakynthos, one of the Greek Ionian islands. All footage was shot by me in August 2017 on a DJI Mavic Pro with PolarPro ND filters and then edited and graded in Final Cut Pro X.

The locations featured in this video include Alykes beach, Alikanas harbour, Marathonisi island, the Cameo Island private resort near Laganas, Katastari and the Navagio 'shipwreck beach' at the north of the island.

Fantastic overview & how much has changed since we went there in 1985—airport just opened, dirt roads, very few buildings etc. Still a beautiful island.
