for the foreigners who somehow found this, here’s a native’s explanation:

this is a part of a sketch of a serbian youtube channel called dnevnjak (collegehumor but better).

the specific sketch is the journalist interviewing people on the street about which drugs they use and them giving funny answers (there are some reoccurring characters which plays up the humor).

folklore is what serbs refer to folk dancing as. him shuffling away is supposed to mimic the serbian kolo dance, the song being “užičko kolo”.

the joke is that some guys who play sports and most guys who dance “folklore” in an assemble are straight edge (no drugs, alcohol, christian orthodox so follow lent) and vegan-level obnoxious about it, making that their obsession aka drug.
