Lobster nachos! My new obsession!
Recipe 👇

Queso:
2 TBSP unsalted butter
8 oz block of cream cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese
8 oz Monterrey Jack
1 TBSP Hurricane Hot Sauce
3/4C Whole Milk

Chips:
Slice corn tortillas into quarter sections
Heat peanut oil up to 350F
Drop in chips and cook until crispy ~ 3-5 mins
Add salt while warm

Lobster:
Sauteed in butter and Hampton Boil seasoning for about 10 mins until warm and coated

From bottom to top:

🦞 Chips
🦞 Corn
🦞 Cherry tomatoes, halved
🦞 Drizzle on queso
🦞 Lobster on Top
