Oh Taylor absolutely nails the ‘lovesick to the point that he cannot function in a normal way’ expressions. He emotes so well in the Paris scene where Alex’s eyes are basically glued to Henry’s face and he is drinking in every micro expression that Henry makes. Also, the scene afterwards when Alex is in the plane and all he does is smile slightly and heave a big sigh; it just drives me crazy. Man, we got so lucky with this movie and this splendid cast.

I just realized that while Henry is outwardly shy, Alex to some extent is also more shy than he lets on. He tends to drink too much when he’s got to interact with many people like in a party or special event. He also overcompensates for it by being aggressively helpful, nice, and loud.

the one scene that rly stood out to me but isnt in this compilation is when alex is giving the speech about him and henry and there's a flashback scene of them talking arnd a campfire where henry is just animatedly telling him abt something and the warmth and affection with which alex looks at him in that specific scene will always have my heart
