She wants a million dollar a year employee but I’m sure she pays them $35k a year.

She doesn't like the questions being directed at her?! Big red flag!

Her red flags aren't red flags. It's the employee finding the boundaries and making sure the employer won't eventually cross them. I love the younger generation's persistence to finding a work life & home life balance. They refuse to be overworked and it's beautiful to watch ❤

She thinks it's a red flag to know about work hours, benefits and lunch?
That would be a red flag to me to not work for her.

She wants obedient slaves who she rather pay a pittance in return for their 12 hrs a day commitment. If you ask questions or have a tendency to, you are out

One should ask questions before they commit 🤔

It's concerning she doesnt like prospective employees asking too many questions. Isn't it you'd want the employee to have all their questions answered right away rather than hire them and them finding out they are unhappy and leaving and having to start the process over again? Considering time is money

Loyalty to a job ma'am 🙄 ✌🏼 That's equivalent to "here we treat you like family." I bet the staff is over work with less pay.

Lol lets be vague and not be specific someone asking about boundaries is not a 🚩 and asking more details about the job expectations, are completely normal. You are hiring for a employee not a cult member.

The real red flag is her not letting potential employees ask questions 🤔

Who tells you I want to be your slave? I hire myself and look for what I want from myself by myself!

Well, I’m older and have an excellent work ethic and worked my way up in life and either this is over-edited or she would be terrible to work for. I have no problem with people asking me what they can expect when they work for me. Now, if someone comes off as lazy and all they ask is about time off then that would be a red flag but that’s not how it’s presented here. My team works hard and the only time I contact them after hours is for a holiday or birthday greeting. I treat their cellphones and personal time as just that…. personal.
This video doesn’t give a good impression of employers.

Hmmm. That’s why many employer’s experience difficulty hiring and retaining staff. Yes, I interview my potential manager to determine if my style will align with the hiring manager’s work style. Employer’s need to know that a qualified person has options. There’s a likelihood that you are one of many employers I’m interviewing with. Wink wink😊
