Rocio Alarcon the creator of the Hummingbird Oracle is from Ecuador. The artist for this deck is Luisa Santiago Acosta.
The decks I mention in this video are uplifting, bring me joy, and make me happy, but they are not necessarily light and fluffy. They are readable, usable decks that I use in readings fir myself and others.

My Crystal Skull Tarot and Wisdom of the Depths are 2 of my decks that make me smile and lighten my mood just by going through them. I hope you have a nice week.

I loved your video. I too am a Francophile (undergrad major in French literature) and I too love dogs (as my Maltese Bodhi sleeps with his head on my legs). I do love cats as well and had both growing up. Cats are very loyal. It's just not on display to the casual observer. Thank you so much for sharing your decks -- I loved the colors and art in the French deck. Merci (see that degree has really come in handy -- lol).

Liz ! As soon as you said you like French I smile a lot ! I live in Québec and we are the only french province of Canada (there is some french speaker in every province because Canada is a bilingual country) I hope you come visit our province one day ! And can I say your prononciation of french is lovely and very good ! The housewife tarot is hilarious !! Concerning cats : They are all different and they usually adapt to their human friend... mine is a big baby afraid of everything so she is sleeping/hidding very close to me all the time. Dogs for me demand more energy and I think I would not be able to take care of one properly, but I love them a lot !!! I love your choices of deck and lots of them I never saw before ! Thank you I did enjoy watching your response to Marine !

Hi, Liz. Nice video! Thanks for that! My feel good decks are the Shadowland, Tarot of the Cat People, Tarot by Caro, and a somewhat controversial, Ghetto Tarot. The Shadowland just makes me smile. The characters are so sweet looking. I don't care if they're a bit monstrous. Tarot of the cat people is just very clever and the style is rather nostalgic for me. I was born in the 50's, too. The Tarot by Caro is just very simple and colorful. The illustrative style reminds me of Amish folk art. The Ghetto Tarot never offended me as it did some people. The word, ghetto, has had more than one meaning. I find the photographs rather tender. The characters are just lovely. Now, last but not least, can you recommend a book about herbs for me? By the way, I have a dog, a cat, and a gecko. In the past I've had fish, birds, and hamsters. Love and loved them all.
