*_Excellent mailbag!_* 😎👍 I was just about to order some of those LED pushbuttons.

You have the format down perfectly. I was very happy to spend 26 minutes watching it. I get the impression that working with you on a team would be a delightful experience.
Also, thank you for including the Aliexpress links. Now Chinese New Year will delay things for two weeks, but I will be ordering a couple of these items today.

I'm binge watching at the moment... The USB soldering iron is absolutely cool and I have had one for a few years now. I was thought to solder by my grand-uncle - a master blacksmith. In those days we heated the soldering iron in the furnace! How things have changed!

Like that format, especially the index was very helpful to get back and forth while ordering ;-)

I take two of those longer breadboards, clip them together, and pull the paper off the back of them exposing the sticky foam, then stick them to a fast food or cafeteria-style plastic tray. A few additional strips of velcro around the tray to hold other things down and it's perfect for most individual projects. I can keep several projects isolated, yet organized, at the same time.

What a nice video again. By the way, you and Big Clive are the only youtubers whom I have notifications on for. Big Clive reviewed the USB soldering iron too and was very surprised by it also :)

Nice bag of goodies, fellow left-hander! Thanks for the handy index and links.
Looking forward to see the comparison of regulators.
BTW: don't press too hard on the tip of the mini-soldering iron. The ceramic of the heating element is quite brittle and not replacable. I broke my first one and bought a new one because it's a little device, handy for wireless soldering and it's very affordable.
It seems like that bottom row of the led tester should be used differently. Can't you figure it out by drawing the schematic? Maybe the middle leg should not be bend for all types? What is that symbol on the right between the + and - ?

I have the USB soldering iron to. Together with a power bank, it's nice for field use. Replaced my lighter gas iron from Weller with this USB iron.

The light up buttons would be good for a small "remember the sequence" type game.

Hi Andreas could you please point me to the test video you mentioned in this video with 3.3v LDO’s especially the mcp1700. I have tried to find it but was unsuccessful. Thanks.

For the hall current sensor take a look at the openenergymonitor. I made a monitor myself but couldn't install it :(
It has voltage sensors on all three phases and I used a STM32F103 because it has a 12bit ADC.

+Andreas Spiess. I have 3 of these MPPT modules. I've installed one of them in a solar charging unit for my meteo station. They work very well. Just a warning: it's necessary to put a diode between the module output and the battery under charge. The circuit has no protection...

One more great video of yours! Couldn't help not noticing your YZXstudio USB meter. I was wondering if you can check out / review another YZXstudio product that seems interesting: ZY05S high precision battery internal resistance tester. Thank you for taking time for capturing, editing and posting amazing videos! Greetings from Greece.
