I feel like I didn't read that much this month, but I will definitely be reading A LOT over the next two, three weeks!

Challenges if you're curious:
1. Borrow and read a book set in a country that you’ve never read a book set in before.
2. Borrow and read a book that you’ve never heard of before.
3. Borrow and read a book that’s out of your comfort zone (genre, age group, themes, et cetera).
4. Borrow and read a book that you’ve been meaning to read, but haven’t gotten around to yet.
5. Borrow and read a book recommended by a librarian or other library staff member.
6. Borrow and read a bookish book (book on the cover, "book" in the title, a book about books...).

Sounds like Children of Blood and Bone suffered from the same relationship problems that I noticed in The Wrath and The Dawn. Hate to love can happen but like you said, a few weeks or less is definitely pushing it. Also, that shirt is so great and happy pride!!

I discovered your channel a little while ago through Kathy Trithardt's channel (which I recently discovered through, I think, Saajid's channel of Books are my Social Life, though it might have been someone else who linked her channel). Anyway, hi! I love your channel! Not many people put subtitles on their channels and I love looking at you signing and reading the subtitles (and learning a bit of sign language). I have autism and ADD, input like sound is harder for me to process and I'm a slow processer. My head has trouble filtering signals, so I get overloaded and tired out easily (I have to limit the amount of videos I watch). I don't watch videos where the person speaks with music in the background, it is very hard for me to separate the voice from the music. Anyway, I love that your videos are different from other people's. I also love that you're demiromantic (according to your Instagram, where I follow you now) because I am demiromantic too, though I'm also demisexual (I only found out about various queer things a few months ago!). Okay, I'll now comment on the books in the video: I agree with your review of Children of Blood and Bone. I liked A Gathering of Shadows less than the first book A Darker Shade of Magic and than the third book (A Conjuring of Light), but I still enjoyed it (I don't know the Legend of Korra I'm afraid). I loved Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda. I hope you enjoy Leah on the Offbeat, I liked it less than Simon vs, but it was still an enjoyable read. I loved Queens of Geek so I hope you really enjoy that one. I look forward to see more of your channel in the future :)!
