Things about Ange, that those who followed him at Celtic could tell you. First regarding his media interactions, he almost never let his guard down and plays things close to his chest. When he says things, he’s always sending a message to somebody and most often his own players and team, he is hardly ever self-indulgent in the way I have seen most of the Premier League managers before the media. This can be somewhat boring, but it’s designed to give results where they really matter.
The other very important thing regarding his player recruitment criteria is that he is very big on, recruiting the right character and puts that a head of just sheer talent. This is one major way in which he builds teams that play in a unified way.
